Chocolate Pepper (An Irish Milk Stout with ancho peppers complements the roasted base beer with the smoked heat of the peppers. George turned down the heat and made a great fall stout.)
Coconut & Crawfish Spice Hefeweizen (A sweet and spicy combination, the coconut cools the palate from the spice from Zatarain’s crawfish boil seasoning. A true hot-weather favorite among George’s friends.)
Coffee Brown (A Southern English Brown mixed with the “wrong” kind of hot beverage. Brewed in the kettle as the wort cooled, the velvety coffee weaves into the beer making a great pub brew.)
Happy Day (The first batch of this chamomile wheat beer was made for a good friend’s wedding. Now, we share the memory of this happy day by sharing the balance of vanilla beans and oranges with the sweet agave syrup.)
Irish Rye IPA (An Irish Red with a kick, this Fuggles-based IPA is easy-drinking while still having a strong baseline bitterness. Perfect for that midday picnic in a hot field.)
